The fanlisting title "Flow Together" is based on the vocal soundtrack of the same name. The song was featured in the Endwalker expansion. Both the original "Flow" and the more upbeat version, "Flow Together", is a lyrical song sung in the perspective of Venat to your Warrior of Light/you the player. Venat is one of my favorite characters ever and her story is part of what made me so emotionally attached to Endwalker.
I played Endwalker during the expansion release back in Dec 2021 and it moved me emotionally, so so much. I was in a terrible headspace mentally on top of the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. I sought solace in Final Fantasy XIV and Endwalker came out when I was feeling one of my lowest. Finding hope in hopelessness, finding courage and the strength to ever move forward when your best doesn't feel enough... Venat's messages really helped pulled me through this rough chapter of my life.
