Once Sophie cross paths with Howl, she is wrapped up into various adventures. These include getting cursed by the Witch of the Waste thus turning Sophie into an old woman, living in his moving castle that is powered by a small fire demon known as Calcifer, and befriending Howl's small apprentice Markl and a cursed turnip-headed scarecrow, Turnip-Head, who is revealed at the end to be the prince of the neighboring kindgom.

Thanks to the amazing Mal for allowing me to adopt this fanlisting. I put off watching Howl's Moving Castle and finally did watch it a few years ago. I was instantly in love with the film and had to re-watch it a second time immediately after the first run! So it is a dream come true to be able to adopt and now run the fanlisting.
